To control spam, I now allow incoming messages only from senders, who are friends or relatives, whom I have known for a long time, or senders from whom I have made a recent purchase.
If you would like to be added to my list of approved senders, please fill out the short request form (see link below). Once I approve you, I will receive your original message in my inbox. You do not need to resend your message. I apologize for this one-time inconvenience.
I believe I have now suffered this one time inconvenience about ten thousand times.
From the same person?

But, I wonder if it actually controls spam, or just controls his friends and relatives.

These drive me mad as they don't include the subject they don't get married up to the correct call in my help system.
I'm thinking of ignoring them in the future, if someone is keen to get my reply then they will go and look for it and release it.

Hehe I know those well, I sometime get them from customers.
Is spammers fault anyway, not their. If you were getting 1000 spam a day, you would probably use that too... all other ways (spamassassin, etc) seems useless unfortunately :(

Is this what I fill out to get a reply? I hope so. I have been playing your original solitare game for years. I sent my $s in and got a # but have long since lost it. So I am doomed to play and watch the number of days "unregistered" climb. It is now at 2744. That's OK. I don't mind being considered a thief by your program. I have also downloaded and paid for your newest Sol game of the last year or so. Registered either to myself or Paula Danford, my partner.
The reason for my email is that I would like to buy a copy of that original Sol game to give to my friend who is 82 years old. She is presently addicted to XP's Free Cell. I keep trying to tell her there are better Sol games out there but I think your later programs are a little complicated for her. I mean, come on, she is 82 and only bought and learned about a computer 4 years ago. Even then she only did it to have email and someone to play scrabble with. It took me 2 years, by email, just to teach her how to cut and paste! If you would make it available, I would be glad to pay, download it, burn it on a CD and send it to her. It would make several days for her - not just one. She would use it for "pain relief" as she is in quite a bit of pain. And she loves cats. I just found your pictures of your cats. She has two and I have 12. Other peoples throw-aways, of course. No one PLANS to have 12 cats. They all live indoors and get their boxes scooped once a day. By the way, we have found those large under-the-bed storage boxes from Home Depot are perfect large litter boxes. No misses and everyone has room etc. Anyway, this isn't a spam - I get enough of those myself and I really would like to buy your older game if possible.
It was release 2.2 Feb. 1997.
Thanks

Reply to Nancy Bear:
If you are looking for a Goodsol game that has fewer games, try Most Popular Solitaire (http://www.moposol.com ), which has 30 of the best.
If you are specifically seeking a better version of FreeCell for your friend, check out FreeCell Wizard (http://www.freecellwizard.com ).
Both of these games are good alternatives for those who may be overwhelmed with the 600+ varieties of solitaire in Pretty Good Solitaire.
I hope this helps.

I am trying to find a mahjongg game that contains bird tiles and Gulf War tiles. Any help is welcomed.
Thanks Bill

To Bill:
This is not really the best place for such a request, but if you are looking for a mahjongg tile matching game, you should try Pretty Good MahJongg (http://www.goodmj.com/ ). The full version allows the use of custom tile sets, which may well be necessary for a theme such as "Gulf War".
I hope this helps.
